RISK ASSESSMENT INDEX SYSTEM AND ASSESSMENT METHOD FOR SOCIAL SECURITY INCIDENTS

摘要：

Risk assessment of incidents is a fundamental work of emergency management. Aiming at the characteristics of social security incidents, the issue of risk assessment on social security incidents was explored. Based on three facets of social impact, political impact, and economic impact, an index system of risk assessment on social security incidents was set up. The fuzzy integrated evaluation approach was adopted to evaluate the risk of social security incidents, where the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine the weights of different indexes. To illustrate the application of assessment index system and evaluation method proposed in this paper, a complete example for risk assessment of social security incidents was given.
