CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF LOW-CARBON ECONOMY EVALUATION INDEX SYSTEM OF CITY

摘要：

Low-carbon economy is a kind of new development model based on low power, low emission, low pollution and high efficiency characteristics. Based on current research,this article established the evaluation index system of low-carbon economic development of city. Then evaluated the low-carbon economy development of Handan through using unascertained measure model.Through comparative analysis, we can see the level of low-carbon economy development of Handan.
