CAUSES, HAZARDS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE MONOPOLY PRICE

摘要：

With the coming of China Anti-Monopoly Law, the introduction of anti-price monopoly is gradually on the agenda, while the essence of anti-price monopoly is anti-administrative price fixing. With the further deepening of economic reformation, administrative monopoly price has become our biggest system bottleneck under the need of sustaining economic growth. In this paper, we provide insights into the causes and hazards of administrative monopoly price, and propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
