MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS ON GRADUATES EMPLOYABILITY
Graduates employability is a key concept on their employment. This paper reviews the research on employability, utilizing multiple approaches to study the employability of graduates on economics and management. Firstly, the study elaborates related theories and the track to measure and analyze the undergraduates employability. Secondly, taking some undergraduates in economics and management as the samples, the authors measures and analyzes their employability. Besides, the paper summarizes their employability characteristics, finds the deficiency, construes the reasons and constructs the quality model of undergraduates employability. Finally, based on the analysis, the paper gives the corresponding advice for the undergraduates to promote their employability.
