STUDY ON STRATEGY OF CHINAS ACCESSION TO WTO GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT

摘要：

This paper summarizes the common trends and characteristics of procuring entity, procurement subject, thresholds and exceptional purchase items in all WTO-GPA contracting members. By studying their coverage commitments, we put forward some strategies in Chinas submission of market open list, with a view to bringing decision support for Chinas final negotiation in accession to GPA.
