PREPARATION AND PHARMACOKINETICS OF SOLID LIPID NANOPARTICLES LOADED WITH PUERARIA FLAVONES

摘要：

The advantages offered by solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) include ease of scale up production without the use of organic solvents, use of GRAS listed excipients and a wide spectrum of applications (dermal, oral, intravenous). Moreover, SLN can be used to deliver lipophilic drugs more effectively and to enhance bioavailability.
