HYDROGEL INTEGRATED WITH LIPOSOME: A TWO-STAGE DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM

摘要：

Both liposome and hydrogel have been developed to deliver drugs in a controlled manner. By integrating liposomes into a thermo-responsive hydrogel, we developed a drug delivery system with controlled release in two-stages: the release of liposome from hydrogel, and the release of drugs from liposome. Moreover, the drug release rate was closely related with temperature. The integrated hydrogel-liposome system was suitable for the delivery and release of mixed drugs with different properties.
