New Type Intellignet Rotational Speed Sensor For Aeroengine
This paper presented a new tachometricsurvey method that advanced CPU processor, simple accessorial peripherals components and softness were adopted to measure rotational speed. Most of functions achieved only by hardware previously were accomplished by software in the means of proposed approach. Therefore, system flexibility was strengthened and application scope was enlarged. Unique arithmetic resolved the problems that lower result output rate when measuring lower frequency of SW such as 50Hz and lower, and the lower precision when measuring the higher such as 500Hz and higher under low-frequency-clock system. Lots of tests and practices showed that the system was steady, result output precision was higher than 0.05 percent and data output rate was no less than 50 Hz. It satisfied requirements for field-bus control system of areoengine.
