Wen-chuan Earthquake in China from the Government of the Synergy of Public Crisis Management
Public crisis refers to the government management of national affairs, suddenly took place, such as earthquakes, epidemics, economic fluctuations, terrorist activities on the social and public life and social order, causing significant losses. As the 21st century the United States9 · 11 incident and Chinas SARS crisis placed, the public crisis management becomes to the worlds focus. Also from that time on, China has officially launched a public crisis management in modern theoretical research. After several years of exploration and research, Chinas public crisis management system has been initially established, and in May 12,2008 Wen-chuan earthquake disaster proved synergistic modern public crisis management system of governance of public crisis, significant results for our public crisis Management theory have provided valuable practical experience. This allows us to not only see the construction of public crisis management system, but also the results shows the problems of building and shortcomings.
