Reason for Crisis in Food Safety Trust and Countermeasures

摘要：

The sequential food safety incidents make it the focus of China. The crisis in food safety trust threatens the harmonious and stable society. The reason for crisis in food safety trust includes the global food supplying chain, the customers awareness in food safety, the frequent coverage by the media, lack of law and regulations on food, and the irresponsibility of the food producer and the citizens immorality. To tackle the problems, the paper suggests trust system integrated with the food producer, supervision of food safety, monitoring system and certification system on food safety, perfect food safety information platform, urgency system and command organization.
