Research on Risk Early-warning in the Supply Chain1

摘要：

In the 21st century, frequent emergency events bring firms and even the whole supply chain various crises. Thus research on the supply chain risk and risk early-warning of the supply chain is of realistic significance. This paper introduces the supply chain risk and its features, discusses risk early-warning mechanism of the supply chain, and analyzes influencing factors of the risk early-warning in the supply chain from two aspects of internal risks and external risks. At last, risk early-warning index system in the supply chain is built.
