The Research on Public Crisis Management Based on Psychological Intervention

摘要：

From the angle of public crisis, crisis management and publics psychological intervention, this paper analyzed the importance of the publics psychological intervention in the public crisis management. Illuminated public crisis, the public crisis management and principles and techniques of the public psychological intervention. And made public crisis management measures on grounds of publics psychological intervention, included the public psychological intervention into the public crisis management system, The construction of the psychological intervention mechanism of crisis management in emergency and to improve the main body of psychological intervention; to deepen the knowledge of public crisis information and to improve the publics sense of crisis.
