Administration of the Colony Incident and Repair of Social Ecological Environment

摘要：

At present, the colony incident of China is running up. The basic reason that colony incident high take place lie in the out-of-balance of social ecological environment of people ecology, administrative ecology, organize ecology, governed by law ecology, culture ecology,etc. Reconstructing fairly, democratically, rule by law, the harmonious social ecological environment is the basic scheme which manages the colony incident.
