Recognition on Production Safety Management Performance of Chinas Industrial Enterprise Based on QFD
Industrial enterprises production safety management performance receives more and more attention from the managers and scholars. At present, the research of Industrial enterprise production safety management performance mainly concentrates on performance evaluation and so on. This paper is for the topic of security production management crucial performance and carries out discussions which based on production safety management, management performances and the Quality Function Deployment. Based on the literatures, this paper, with statistical methods, analyzed customer demands for production safety management in China industrial enterprises, and classified management performances. The paper identified the relationship between production safety demands and production safety management performance by using the House of Quality, and proposed the strategy to upgrade enterprises production safety management through recognizing the crucial performance elements.
