Human Resource Crisis Extension Early-Warning Model in Multinational Corporations
Multinational corporations need to deal with various unexpected crises in their international operation, especially the human resource crisis. Natural and social factors, as well as the organizational and personal factors, are critical sources for human resource crisis. Monitoring and evaluating the changes of these factors contributes to the early warning of crisis which can give multinational corporations opportunity to take measures to manage the situation and minimize the loss. In this paper the human resource crisis early-warning indicators system is designed and an extension early-warning model is established. A case study is followed to illustrate the application of the earlywarning model.
