The Extension Analysis on Risk System of Enterprise Internationalization and Safety Measures
International enterprises participating in global competition have to face a variety of internationalization risks. How to control and avoid these risks becomes a crucial problem for enterprises with international operation. Firstly, the sources and compositions of the enterprise internationalization risk system from three levels of nation, industry and organization are analyzed. Then with the application of the extension methods, the relationship between risks in the internationalization risk system is illustrated by divergent, correlative, implicative, expansive and conjugate analysis separately. Finally, safety measures from aspects of identifying the key risk factor, establishing the risk warning systems and setting up the risk security packages are put forward, which contribute to the effective risk control and the achievement of their internationalization objective successfully.
