Demonstration Research on Effect and Influencing Factors of Crisis Decision for Enterprise Organization

摘要：

Decision-making is the key issue of management, similarly, crisis decision is the essence of crisis management. In this thesis, we take crisis decision as research object, make an analysis of relationships between decision effectiveness and its influencing factors which may be divided into two broad categories: basic decision variables and specific decision variables. Then use SPSS 17.0 and AMOS7.0 to analyze the relevant investigation questionnaires. The results revealed that there are obvious correlations between crisis decision effectiveness and those impact factors, which may provide some reference for further theoretical researches and practical explorations.
