Industry Security Evaluation and Crisis Management Research Based on Rough Set Theory
Industrial security, a core component of national crisis management, needs to be evaluated in a scientific, objective, effective approach, so as to protect the industry against potential risks and enhance its competitiveness. This paper utilizes the Rough Set Theory to assess the industry security and discover possible crisis, a theory that can avoid the drawbacks of subjective weighting for economic variables and can deal with multiple data simultaneously. And finally this paper focuses on the oil industry security in China and creates the security evaluation system using Rough Set Theory. Based on a delicate analysis of the industry security related factors, we find that the results achieved from Rough Set Theory conform to the fact and then come to the conclusion that the Rough Set way is feasible and controllable.
