The Corporate Crisis Response Capabilities Review of Toyota Recall
This paper first introduces relevant theories on corporate crisis, and then creates evaluation index system for corporate crisis response capability and chooses Fuzzy Analysis as research methodology. Selecting Toyota Recall as the study case to carry out comprehensive evaluation of crisis-response capabilities, this paper verifies index system is both scientific and feasible, and arrives at the conclusion that an enterprise should have crisis management capability, establish crisis early warning system and hold organizational crisis knowledge learning.
