The M&A financing risk management has become a front and hot issue in the field of management science and engineering research, and M&A Financing Risks evaluation is a very critical part of the M&A financing risk management. Set seven indicators according to the reasons for the formation of M&A financing risks, distinguish key evaluation indicators using of group decision-making characteristic roots method, and test the relevance and identification capacity of indicators, Build a critical, non-relevance, and strong Identification capability acquisition financing risk evaluation index system.
