Research on Emergency Resources Scheduling in Disaster Rescues Based on Ant Colony Algorithm

摘要：

It is an important work for emergency management to scientifically and efficiently carry out emergency resources scheduling in disasters rescues which can maximally exert value of the limited emergency resources. This paper establishes the emergency resources scheduling model which is under multi-constraint conditions. Then the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model which is helpful to carry out the emergency resources highly efficient use and reasonable dispatch.
