Research on Scenario Planning in Emergency Planning in China
Scenario planning is the logical starting point and the deployment basis of the emergency plans. Currently one of the major reasons for affecting the applicability of our emergency plans is the scenarios for incidents described so little or none in the emergency plan, so that emergency plans have lost targeted and application scope. This article, sees a large number of the success or failure emergency plans both at home and abroad, analyzes the role and the status of the scenario planning in emergency planning, determines the basic content of the scenario planning, puts forward a basic method of scenario planning, provides reference methods for scientific and applicable emergency planning
