Research on Crisis Management for Schools
Many factors can affect the school safety. Lots of countries pay their attention to how to ensure the safety of schools, because involving the minors or the inexperienced students, the school emergencies usually result in serious injuries and damages, and have a strong impact on the society. Carrying out crisis management system is one of the effective measures to cope with the hazards that threaten the schools. Through the 4-phase efforts of preventing, preparing for, responding to and recovery from hazards, by the operations of the command system, the communication and information system, the resources system and the logistics system, hazards can be prevented as far as possible, and if happening, the degree of impacts on the society and the number of injured and dead persons can be reduced to the minimum.
