Some Propositions to Improve the Legal Mechanism of International Disaster Emergency

摘要：

This paper put forward some propositions to improve the existing law mechanisms of the disaster of international emergency response apply the comparative and study method as well as empirical research method. And this paper still believes that the principle of humanitarianism and the principle of state sovereignty should be observed in the cooperation of International disaster emergency. The international community should develop the multilateral treaties of the international disaster emergency to be a binding, comprehensive, multi-agent and a worldwide one. Meanwhile, it raises some suggestion about the specific legal system..
