The Early-warning Management for Unexpected Events in Large-Scale Sporting Events
With the scale enlargement and complication of big sporting events, the traditional emergency management has been unable to cope with large-scale sporting events emergency. From the early-warning management perspective, the emergencies in large-scale sporting events were mainly caused by persons, venues, environment and management. Based on early-warning management principle, the early-warning management of emergencies in large-scale sporting events should be fulfilled by early warning analysis and pre-control measures. And early warning analysis process includes the event emergency warning and monitoring, early warning identification and early warning diagnosis; pre-control measures includes the preparation for emergencies, the daily monitoring for potential incentive, and the crisis management process after the incident.
