Study on the Crisis Management in Scenic Area
(0) This paper makes a systematic study on the crisis management in scenic area by combining the method of theoretical inference and summarization of the practice together. The causes of scenic area crisis are discussed first, which includes external factors and internal factors. And then a dynamic crisis warning and response system is constructed for crisis management in scenic area, including solutions for three different stages of a crisis: the latent period, the outbreak period and the recovery period. And general principles and countermeasures of crisis management in scenic area are concluded, which consist of crisis prevention, crisis handling and crisis summarizing. At last, this paper discusses how to build up a dynamic mechanism of crisis management in scenic area.
