A Study on University Crisis Management

摘要：

Recently, some crisis often happened in universities. Crisis not only composed a threat to regular teaching and living in universities, but also made universities suffered from damaging of image and reputation, which has brought direct impact to universities stability and developments. Faced with the fact that crisis may occur at any time, we must emphasis on university crisis management. By studying the crisis management condition at home and abroad, this paper put forward the management prevention and countermeasures based on the causes of university crisis and analysis. In the end, anti-H1N1 event in Harbin Engineering University was taken as an example to integrate theory with practice in depth analysis about the method of crisis management and effective evaluation was made at last.
