Research on the Legal Protection of China Emergency Management Information System

摘要：

Security issue of emergency management information system is critical not only to the nation but also to the society. It needs multiple safeguards such as the information technology, legislation, government policy etc. This paper aims to illustrate the legal protection issues of information system on emergency management from the legislation aspect, including the security protection importance level, the legal evaluation system of the data on credibility and security, and other important legal issues of security level evaluation.
