In the field of education, through investigation and analysis, grasps the education knowledge management systems chief feature, based on the factor analysis of information technology, cultural environment, educational structure, level of personal knowledge, design education knowledge management system. This article in our country informationization and under the educational system reforms condition, researches education knowledge management, have a more important theory and the practice significance to enriches education administration system infos content of China, impels education informationization development and the education administration mechanism innovation, and enhances our country education knowledge management ability.
