Fund Raising Mode of One Corporation One Village Rural Post-disaster Reconstruction Basing on CSR and Its MIS Realization
Rural post-disaster reconstuction facing many difficulties and shortage of reconsturction fund is the biggest difficulty. This paper put forward a mode about fund raising of rural post-disaster reconstruction from the view of CSR. One corporation assists one administrative village by means of interest-free loan and donation. Loan will be used to the villagers housing reconstruction and agriculture production recovery. Donation will be used to the villages communal facilities reconstruction. Villagers should pay off the loan in 5 years. In order to assure the repayment successfully, villagers should hew to three rules. This fund raising mode demonstrates corporate social responsibility, inherits virtues of the Chinese nation to help each other, protects the victims self-esteem. At last, the paper discussed MIS realization about one corporation one village fund raising mode.
