Operational Command Research from the Perspective of Relation Theory

摘要：

Universal connection is the basic characteristic of information age. US Army put forward an operational command theory varying from platform centric warfare to network centric warfare, which embodied academic research transforming from substantialism to relation. This paper presented a new research method about operational command theory, which based on the relation theory. From this perspective, the paper analyzed the key factors of joint operation, the new meanings of operational command activities, and the new requirements for commanders in information age.
