Influence of Human Pilots Task Performance after Air Turbulence

In this paper, we investigated relation between human pilots task performance in air turbulence flight, tiredness, pilots psychological tendency, and pilots experience. The experiments have been conducted with fixed base flight simulator of Tokai University. We used three kinds of air turbulence continuance time as gust The pilot did the compensatory task only of the longitudinal axis. We adopted a license holder and general student as a subject to consider the influence of the flight experience. Subject checked about subjective symptoms of fatigue, Pilot Rating, and The Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ). AAQ scale is relative to the performance under the stress. In this paper, we used it by the same usage. Flight data were used for the performance measurement. In conclusion, the person with high score did not feel lassitude compared with low score person. They show that the high performance is obtained for the long time case.
