Z-pin jointis a newly development of composite structures. In this paper, Z-pin reinforced interlaminates shear specimens (Z-pin connect specimens) and T shape specimens are investigated in moisture absorption and mechanical experiment under hydrothermal environment According to ASTM standard, specimens and following pieces are dried in drying stove until mass loss reaches a balanced condition. Then specimens and following pieces are dropped into warm water of 70℃ until the following pieces reach their saturated moisture absorption states. Those saturated water absorption specimens are tested at 70℃ and RH 85%, at 70℃ and RH 85%, and at 110℃ and RH 70%. For two types of specimens, Temperature and humidity have little effect on maximum load of saturated moisture absorption state. But it is obvious that failure loads under hydrothermal environment are great than failure load at room temperature and failure load decreases with temperature increase. Load-displacement curves show interface fails firstly and Z-pins are pulled out secondly.
