At present the information as a process and the sources of information are under some extreme dynamics related to the multitude of information, the speed involved in their coming up and their disappearance, the need for simple and easy, the lack of reflection time, competition etc. The electronic environment can cause major mutations within society just like the invention of the printing machinery caused changes that led to the development of today society (Papari, A; Seceleanu, A, 2007). The electronic environment causes modifications and deep changes of the society at all its levels(Ttryiman, E, 2008). Teachers emphasized the fact that the digital generation, which has an amazing capacity to absorb the new technology, spends less and less time in libraries, with a diminished fondness for reading
