Libraries as a Community Resource

It has been our pleasure to tell you something of the library and archive services of Liverpool City Libraries that we believe truly make Liverpool a better city and a better life for residents. We still have work to do on embedding initiatives and pilot schemes across the city and there are challenges ahead regarding new delivery mechanisms for public services but we are confident that we will rise to meet them.
