Commercial Bank Customer Evaluation Model Research Based on Multi-view
This essay has analyzed the existing problems in R&D and management of the Customer Evaluation System in Domestic commercial banks. Combined with the specific business form of modern banking and from the perspective of management and technology, we propose a more systematic multidimensional customer evaluation model that can improve the evaluation and management of bank customers. This model is good for enhancing the core competitiveness of commercial banks in a further step and stimulated the Business development of commercial banks in China.
