A Kind of Traffic Arrangement Model and Algorithm for Urban Emergency Evacuation

摘要：

Emergency events such as nature or man-made disasters, accidents and failures sometimes happen in a city Considering the urban development situation of todays China, this paper put forward to a kind of traffic arrangement model in evacuations based on both buses and cars. A related efficient algorithm for the model also has been developed.
