An Evolution Model of Unconventional Emergency Impact

摘要：

Unconventional emergencies have had a serious impact on society. This paper presented a scenario of unconventional emergencies influence firstly, and analyzed the determinant of unconventional emergencies, secondly presented the seven-dimensional model of unconventional emergencies influence, and then elaborated the life cycle of unconventional emergencies influence, finally, proposed the evolution model of unconventional emergencies influence using the principle of self-organization of complex systems.
