Research on SCM Outsourcing Service Providers Evaluation and Selection Based on Grey Comprehensive Evaluation Method

摘要：

SCM outsourcing is an important strategic decision to enhance competitiveness of modern enterprises, and SCM outsourcing service provider selection is one of the important parts. In this paper, on the basic of SCM outsourcing analysis, a set of SCM outsourcing service providers evaluation and selection index system is built. The grey comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into the field of SCM outsourcing service provider evaluation and selection, making quantitative analysis through the gray comprehensive evaluation provides an easy-operation way for enterprise policymaker.
