The Empirical Study about Emergency Management of Unexpected Crisis in Chinese Universities
In this paper the group behavior, awareness and mental characteristics of college students in the event of unexpected crisis were analyzed, as well as the responses to the unexpected crisis were investigated. According to these investigations, we made some suggestions on the improvement of the communication modes and the model establishment of student training during the crisis. We presented a new model of crisis responses from time, space and sense three dimensions for the response management of unexpected crisis in universities.
