Coordination of a Supply Chain Consisting of a TPLSP and two Competitive Manufacturers
In this paper, we investigate a two-stage supply chain consisting of a TPLSP and two competitive manufacturers. The common logistics outsourcing contract can coordinate the supply chain but has strong limitations. To solve this problem, we turn to the revenue-sharing contract. The dynamic game model demonstrates that this contract can coordinate the supply chain. Moreover, we discuss the revenue-sharing ratio θ and get its three intervals, then find that TPLSP will decide whether to subsidize manufacturers accordingly.
