Study on the Management Method ot Product Warranty Information Based on Process Control

摘要：

Aim at the problem and current methods localization in utilization and management of product warranty information, to expound the management method of product warranty information based on process control in three parts, they are that to structure a management mechanism of product warranty information in sectors which have the same goal, to analyze product warranty information of overall process, and to dynamically modify the fault of product warranty information; using feature mapping model, to raise the importance of delivering and accumulating warranty information in the management method of product warranty information based on process control. This model is fast to respond failure information, continual and stable to manage product warranty information, its good for enterprise to reduce the warranty cost.
