Evaluation of Agricultural Products Supply Chain Flexibility
The agricultural products supply chain means the supply and demand network involving the process of agricultural products or service provided to the final consumer, which is the composed of farmers, manufacturers, wholesale dealer, retailers and the final consumer in the upstream and downstream. Flexibility as an important indicator of the evaluation of operations performance for supply chain is receiving increasing attention, but the measurement method for the manufacturing system flexibility is not suitable for the evaluation for supply chain flexibility of agricultural products. We use the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to measure the supply chain flexibility for agricultural products in this paper. We deem that the research about the supply chain flexibility for agricultural products is significant for improvement of the competitiveness for agricultural products. We found the index system of supply chain flexibility for agricultural products, with a view to help policy makers make the right strategic.
