Evaluation of Emergency Preparation Capability in Urban Communities Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要：

This paper elaborates the approach about how to establish the evaluation index set of emergency preparation capability in urban communities. It also discusses the construction program based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process by analyzing the factors which affect the urban emergency response capability. Then we build an emergency preparation capability model for urban community and provide new approaches for quantitative integrated evaluation combing with new examples.
