Based on Chinas Natural Disasters-snowstorm Crisis Management Studies

摘要：

With the proliferation of the worlds population, as well as the urgent needs of natural resources, human plundering of natural resources exploitation and utilization of the band makes our living environment has been deteriorating every year because of natural disasters caused by the mismanagement of the major loss. Any organizations or groups cannot ignore this trend, particularly government agencies should avoid because of the crisis caused by mismanagement controversial and endangering social security, resulting in socio-economic losses.
