Research on Emergency Materials Management Method in China
Emergency materials management is an important task in emergency response,in fact the process of emergency response is the process of controlling and relieving the emergency through dispatch of emergency resources which include rescue workers,emergency materials and relief funds. There are 3 main problems with the emergency materials management in China: no overall plan about material storage, no detailed delivery plan, and insufficient material replenish in emergency.To solve these problems we should establish a 3-level emergency materials management system,then reach material delivery agreement with adjacent governments,and find cooperater suppliers in advance.The management of emergency materials also can be divided into 4 phases: preparation,warning,response and recovery, in past we pay attention only to the 3rd phase,but it is very important not to ignore the other 3 phases,preparation in advance and evaluation in the end can ensure sufficient material supply during the whole process.
