The Extension to Logistic Model of Technology Diffusion and Stability Analysis

This article first studies on the process of single technological diffusion with the aid of logistic equation of biological populations. Then by considering relationships among technologies, we examine the process of multi-technology diffusion and present a competitive diffusion model and a complementary diffusion model of two technologies. Further more, making use of differential equation theory, this paper explores the established models and analyses the stable equilibrium conditions of technological symbiosis.
