Game Analysis of Technological Innovation Strategies for Enterprises

摘要：

In the new competitive circumstance, its crucial for an enterprise to have a high level of technological innovation competence. To improve the technological innovation competence, a right technological innovation strategy should be worked out at first. Self-innovation and imitative innovation are discussed systematically in this paper. Meanwhile game theory is applied to help enterprise to find out the optimal technological strategy. In this game an enterprise and the market are supposed to be the players.
