Technology alliance is one of the most common form of enterprise strategic alliance which is full of various risks. To examine the risks associated with technology alliance, we establish a indicator system. We conduct a dynamic evaluation toward the risks of technology allianc by using theF integral. The result can provide valuable information for the decisionmakers of the alliance.
