An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Resource Endowments of Entrepreneurs and the Performance of Startup Enterprises

摘要：

Based on building a research model, the article studies the specific relationship between resource endowments of entrepreneurs and the new ventures performance by statistical analysis tools. The results show that, on one hand, resource endowments of entrepreneurs have impact on the business performance directly, and on the other hand, resource endowments of entrepreneurs influence the entrepreneurial performance through such intermediate variables as entrepreneurial abilities.
